acord ("we", "us", or "our") operates IntentGate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

2.1 Account Information

When you sign up via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive your email address and display name. We do not receive or store your passwords.

2.2 Usage Data

We log API calls (endpoint, timestamp, and associated API key) for analytics and rate-limiting purposes. We do not log the content of your API requests or responses.

2.3 Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and provide access to the Service
  • To display usage statistics on your dashboard
  • To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
  • To communicate service updates and security notices

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes—we cannot view or recover your full API keys. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) that host and process data on our behalf
  • Legal requirements when required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data in a portable format

The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
