By accessing or using IntentGate ("Service"), operated by acord ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IntentGate provides an intent-alignment gateway for LLM applications. The Service includes a REST API, MCP integration, and a web dashboard for managing API keys and monitoring usage.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures
  • Share API keys with unauthorized third parties
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in abusive behavior

5. API Keys and Security

API keys are provided for your use only. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. We store API keys as cryptographic hashes and cannot recover lost keys.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, documentation, and branding, is owned by acord. You retain ownership of the data you process through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
